Silko is the name of our lauric hard butter family of products. At room temperature they are hard and brittle and are neutral in flavor. The melting point range is 91°to120°f. They are interesterified and hydrogenated. Typical applications include chocolate and pastel compound coatings. Below are listed just a few of our standard products.
