Cebes® Product Line
Cebes is the name of our Fractionated Palm Kernel family of products. At room temperature they are hard and brittle and are neutral in flavor. The melting range is short and below body temperature, much like cocoa butter. Typical applications include chocolate and pastel compound coatings.
EsSence™ Product Line
EsSence combines with the liquid oil of your choice and additional components to design a blend that gives you the nutritional benefits you desire without hydrogenation, no trans fatty acids and low saturates.
Cisao® Product Line
Developed for confectionery and bakery fillings. Cisao products are also used as trans-free shortenings, adding texture, facilitating production and ensuring the uniformity of products from batch to batch. Cisao also displays good crystallization and melting properties and are non-tempering.
Neutresca® Product Line
Neutresca is the name of our lauric hard butter family of products. At room temperature they range from soft to hard and brittle and are neutral in flavor. The
melting point range is 73°to114°F. Typical applications include ice cream, center & confectioners coatings.
Silko® Product Line
Silko is the name of our lauric hard butter family of products. At room temperature they are hard and brittle and are neutral in flavor. The melting point range is 91°to120°f. They are interesterified and hydrogenated. Typical applications include chocolate and pastel compound coatings.
